ABOUT ME

I firmly believe it is never too late to get in shape. At the age of thirty-eight I decided to make a change in my appearance and my life and started training for my first body building competition. I jumped in with both hands and feet and did a year of extensive training and earned first place honors. After that competition I entered other competitions and eventually found out that I also enjoy helping others become fit. I have propelled my body building success into motivating and training others.

My professional philosophy (which is to be there 100% for my clients and to ensure they feel empowerment and success in every workout) is directly linked to my education, experience and certifications. Having a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, CPR certification and being certified through AMFPT and NETA have greatly enabled me to be a successful personal trainer in the Central AR area for the last five years. Won’t you accept the challenge to let me help you to bring out the best in your body?
