is Boot Camp?

A four-week program of fitness instruction, food modification and
motivation provided by certified Fitness Trainer Lillie Murphy. Trainees will attend camp three days a week for
at least an hour per session.
What if Im not physically fit?
Not many people will be physically fit, we all have our flaws. Nobody
will be left behind or asked to competed with others or do more than
they are capable of doing (we do stress safety first). As with any
fitness program, clients are encouraged to check with his/her Physician
prior to enrollment as the intensity or exercise routine will slightly
increase each camp day.
What is the cost?
Our current price is $285.00 per person. Boot camp trainees will meet three times a week. Camps
will combine cardiovascular and resistance activities in a fun group
in/outdoor workout environment and nutrition design.
Why should I participate?
First of all, boot camp is a change from the norm; it will challenge
you and help you step out of that comfort zone of the same old exercise
routine. You will make a dramatic improvement in your over all health,
physical and mental well-being and you will receive a big boost in
your overall self-esteem! You will also be a major factor in motivating
your co-trainees around you and you will meet other people who share
your same goals and passions. For a change of pace, at times, during
our monthly camp, we offer motivational speakers and introduce other
types of exercises such as peel, kicking boxing, yoga and Zumba.
If the above isnt enough, you will experience a firmer butt
& thighs, start the process of flattening your abs, lose inches,
gain strength, increase your endurance and sculpt your body!
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (3-8 pounds/advanced participants 10-15 pounds), wear good running
shoes, bottle water, a long resistance band, exercise gloves and a
strong sense of commitment. All items can be purchased at any local
sport store such as Sport Authority, AR Academy, Target, Wal-Mart
or Kmart except the strong sense of commitment; you bring that yourself
